Kenya Head of Office, Nairobi

You won’t have heard of us, as we work behind-the-scenes, but Crisis Action is at the forefront of global advocacy. We are now looking for a Head of Office in Nairobi, to lead our work in Africa, build our network of partners in the region and spearhead our strategy towards the African Union.

The primary role of this position will be to build a diverse, flexible and innovative network in key East and West African states to campaign for the protection of civilians in armed conflict. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in advocacy or lobbying towards the African Union; experience working with national and regional media; astute foreign policy and political insight; as well as the drive and judgement to coordinate groups of diverse partner organisations.
