Advisory Associate
Oxford Analytica is seeking to appoint an Associate for its Advisory Team. As part of the team, the Associate will be responsible for providing the firm’s global client base with rigorous, actionable, market-oriented advice about geopolitical and macroeconomic trends.
Working with our Senior Associates and Directors, the Associate will be responsible for undertaking original, forward-looking analysis and contributing to projects that help clients assess the geopolitical, macroeconomic, legal and regulatory developments that impact their commercial and institutional interests. The role also involves significant client interaction, including contributing to business development and presenting client deliverables.
The successful applicant will have an excellent grasp of international politics and economics along with a good understanding of how they apply to business. Analytical skills, qualitative or quantitative research skills, excellent written and spoken English, and the adaptability to work on a wide range of projects are essential. Successful applicants will have superior presentational skills, including the ability to engage credibly with senior clients. Preference will be given to applicants who have a track record of generating revenue via client meetings and/or written proposals. Relevant postgraduate qualifications and work experience are required.
The position is Oxford-based and evidence will be required of eligibility to work in the United Kingdom.
