We have decades of experience in over 100 countries, working on projects ranging from expanding trade and investment opportunities to increasing girls’ enrolment in schools, improving access to health care to rehabilitating water systems and roads. 

We are currently seeking expressions of interest for upcoming opportunities on our projects across the Philippines. We are interested in hearing from suitability qualified Philippines based candidates with skills in the following technical areas -  

• Operations Management
• Finance Management
• Contracting and Procurement
• Human Resource Management
• Monitoring and Evaluation
• Project Management

Applicants will be required to demonstrate 10 or more years of experience, display proven technical capability, relevant post graduate qualifications as well as the following key skills -

• Strong leadership skills and a proven ability to deliver results;
• Demonstrated understanding and experience of capacity development approaches and the ability to utilise a range of techniques to increase the confidence, skills and action of colleagues and team members;
• Problem solving and listening / communication skills, with the ability to handle sensitive negotiations that generate innovative, sustainable and affordable strategic and culturally relevant solutions;
• Ability to assess and work sensitively in a cross cultural context;
• Excellent interpersonal skills;

Desirable

• Experience working with/across education agencies;
• Experience working on donor funded aid programs.
