Recruiter, Talent Acquisition

Responsibilities
Develop a deep understanding of the IRC’s culture and values and align that with sourcing and attracting talent.
Develop and implement strategies to maintain a pipeline of people across all key areas and region.
Oversee social media initiatives to support recruiting objectives.
Oversee recruitment efforts for mid-senior level positions and working closely with senior/executive leadership team as well as technical units in HQ.
In collaboration with technical unit, represent IRC at industry related career fairs, conferences, seminars and other relevant industry events as necessary.
Act as back-up support to Director, Talent Acquisition.
Other responsibilities as assigned.
Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Human Resources, International Relations or related field.
Minimum 10+ years of solid recruiting experience, 5+ years in international development
Proven experience in recruiting senior and executive level positions required.
Certified Internet Recruiter (CIR) certification a plus.
Strong project management and organizational skills as well as interpersonal skills are necessary and ability to work in a fast paced/changing, deadline-oriented environment.
Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and use of social media to attract talent.
Proficiency in one or more foreign languages preferred (preferably French or Arabic).
