  • Full-time (37.5 hours), London-based, frequent travel
  • £39,644 plus 9% employer pension contribution (possibly more for an exceptional candidate)
  • Fixed-term contract ending 31 March 2015

The Caucasus Projects Manager will oversee our work on the Nagorny Karabakh conflict, including managing the implementation of projects in the EPNK (European Partnership for the Peaceful Settlement of the Conflict over Nagorno-Karabakh). Regular travel (approximately three months a year) is required to coordinate work in the field and provide support and oversight to partner organisations.
 
The successful candidate will have proven experience of project management as well as working with a wide range of social and political actors, including local partner organisations. The Caucasus Projects Manager should have a sound understanding of the South Caucasus region, experience working on peacebuilding, development or human rights and experience in engaging with policymakers. Fluency in spoken and written English and Russian is essential.
