Team Leader, WASH Utility Management Specialist - Cape Verde We are currently seeking "Team Leader, WASH Utility Management Specialist" for a utility reform activity to support the formation of a new, multi-municipal utility (MMU) that covers all or most of the island "Aguas de Santiago" in Cape Verde. This activity will create a blueprint for utilities in other parts of the country. Selection criteria include: • 15+ years of experience in water supply and sanitation development projects • Master's degree in planning, engineering, business (or similar) • Recognized professional qualification / registration • Significant experience in WASH utility management • Experience in donor funded project management, training, monitoring, reporting and controls • Experience in Cape Verde, other Lusophone or geographically similar countries • Professional proficiency in Portuguese and English Candidates are invited to submit their resume to slowell@cowater.com with the subject line " Team Leader, WASH Utility" by Friday, October 25, 2013.
