Aerosol Scientist Internship 2014

We are currently recruiting for an Intern Aerosol Scientist to be based at Philips Respironics site in Tangmere, Chichester on a 12 month contract starting in September 2014. Working under the direction of a Scientist the successfully applicant will:

 

Work on projects to improve and revalidate existing analytical test methods in Inhalation Aerosol Science.

Investigate new approaches to test methods and if required develop and validate them.

Perform the experimental aerosol investigations.

Assist in the planning of aerosol investigations.

Assist in Generation of protocols and reports.

 

 

Essential Skills Required:

 

Third year Sandwich student or recent graduate in pharmaceutical/chemical/biological science.

Practical laboratory experience undertaken as part of degree

Quick to solve problems and provide solutions.

Good communication skills.

Target/time driven with a ‘can do’ attitude.

Excellent interpersonal skills.

Attention to detail.

Inquisitive and analytical
