Information Officer: Infrastructure Services

£25,013 - £27,318 per annum

As part of the continuing development of the University Network and supporting infrastructure, Learning and Information Services (LIS) is currently looking to appoint an Information Officer to work as a member of the Infrastructure team based at the Thornton Science Park. 

You will bring a good standard of education (degree level or equivalent), proven experience of working in an ICT environment, a sound knowledge of TCP/IP, VLANs and Ethernet along with excellent personal and planning skills. Knowledge of Cisco communications equipment and experience of supporting users in a Microsoft Lync environment would also be advantageous to your application.

You will also have the ability to work independently and as a member of the Infrastructure team, whilst balancing a demanding schedule and working under pressure.
