Public & Industry Affairs Manager
Danfoss Heating Solutions, acting in indoor climate solutions for family houses and commercial buildings, is looking for a Brussels based Public & Industry Affairs Manager to take on the responsibility of securing our strategic, commercial and political objectives in order for us to influence and take full advantage of the opportunities coming from the changing legislations and regulations at EU and at national levels.
You will play an important role in continuously influencing European energy legislation and building up public affairs competences across the division. In addition you will be the link between the Heating Solutions Division and the Corporate Public Affairs on the Group’s lobby efforts. Main geographic scope will be within the EU, but will over time demand globally coverage.
Your challenges
By seeking influence in a highly complex political environment with many interests and strong lobby organizations, it will be necessary to have a clear overview of where to focus – this will also have to be coordinated between the HS Division different businesses and other internal stakeholders.
Also you will need to ensure creating the right knowledge and forward it to the right people at the right time. And make sure to get the activities locally implemented in cooperation with our local sales management team according to the focus areas and business strategies. We are looking for a person who can take our Public Affairs to the next level and create further value to the division across BU´s and Sales companies.

Your qualifications
- You have a background working within the field of strategy development and implementation as well as lobby activities. You have a thorough business understanding and have experience working within the political context and processes.
- You have a strong network, international experience and are performance driven with political flair and very good communication skills. Your education is most likely within economics, but political science and technical competences are also appreciated.
