Sr. Results Management Coordinator

The Global Environment Facility (GEF) seeks a seasoned professional with demonstrated technical and leadership skills to be Sr. Results Management Coordinator. The Coordinator will play a key role in further development and implementation of the GEF Results-Based Management Framework (RBM) at the Secretariat, in collaboration with the GEF Agencies, Evaluation Office and Scientific and Technical Advisory Panel, and focus on the following main areas:
  • Guide the Annual Monitoring Review and other reviews.
  • Coordinate management responses to reviews and evaluation from the GEF Evaluation Office.
  • Manage quality at entry to ensure that the GEF project review criteria and processes are fully aligned with the RBM framework and that monitoring and evaluation (M&E) requirements are met.
  • Ensure that the GEF Management Information System meets RBM requirements.
  • Contribute to GEF-wide strategy, analysis and policy formulation.
Selection criteria
Advanced degree in a discipline relevant to environmental science or policy, or natural resource management, preferably in developing countries. At least eight years of experience in M&E, impact assessment, and establishing results architecture at an organizational level.
