Events & Administration Support Trainee

Plastics Recyclers Europe (PRE) is looking for a Trainee who will assist mainly: events organization, communications activities and administration of the association.

Tasks:

Your main tasks will be:

• Event support (including logistics, preparing communication material etc.);
• Travel planning (including booking accommodation and travel arrangements);
• Organisation of internal meetings (including ordering lunches & preparing documents);
• Management of databases e.g. contact lists (inputting and updating data) and document filing system;
• Consulting external data sources,
• Internet search for data and information in order to make surveys, polls, and infographics etc.;
• Data Collection, analysis and reporting;
• Communication activities (preparing brochures, updating social media accounts etc.);
• Preparing PowerPoint presentations for meetings;
• Media monitoring.

Qualifications:

• Highly motivated, Student at Master’s level preferably in communications, administrations or management;

Experience:

• Experience in communications, events organization and administration will be an asset.

Skills:

• Analytical skills and strong sense of organisation;
• Strong It skills including excellent knowledge of MS Office (in particular Excel), social media;
• Ability to work in a team;
• Ability to multitask;
• Fluent in English (Other EU languages would be an asset).

Contract:
3 months contract with a possibility of an extension to up to 6 months.

You will be working in a multicultural environment, within a small team of young and dynamic professionals. This internship will give you a chance to gain knowledge of the plastics and plastics recycling industry in Europe and it will help you to better understand structure and functioning of European associations. You will have a possibility to participate in real case business projects.
