Missions:

 

• Write all types of contracts such as special and general conditions of sale, service contracts, distribution contracts, license agreements, development contracts and R & D, privacy agreements ...
• Track current contracts
• Legal validation of commercial and advertising documents related to the Sales and Marketing department Sales
• Inform and sensitize operational staff to new regulations and legal risks
• Take charge of and monitor the relations with the lawyers for the council and the litigation
• Ensure, follow up with our intellectual property firm located in the USA the filing of trademarks and patents as well as the follow-up of files (freedom of exploitation, patentability, filings, renewals)
• Making the legal watch
• Conduct reliable and regular reporting

Profile:

 

• Bac + 4/5 in Business Law and Commercial / international contracts
• Experience: 5 years minimum

 

Technical skills :

 

• Strong expertise and excellent practice of contract law with an international dimension
• Editorial skills
• Good written command of law and business English (the position requires working in English as much as French). Practical oral English professional

 

Salary depending on experience.

Part-time (2/3 days per week) or desired consultant status
