We are looking for a senior business development professional to forge partnerships with our international clients that help build their strategies, address business challenges and develop their leadership.
Associate Director – Custom Programmes
Salary: Competitive
You will engage with our high profile clients, diagonise and propose how we can help them transform their organisations profitably through tailored learning solutions. You will develop high quality proposals and lead bid teams, as well as negotiate contracts and oversee commercial processes, with ongoing responsibility for account management.
To be considered for this role you will:
- Have a business related degree or equivalent
- Be a team player, keen to work with internal/external team members to develop outstanding tailor made solutions for clients
- Have a proven track record of success in a business development role at a senior level, with demonstrated ability to identify, establish and maintain relationships with senior executives
- Be commercially astute: experienced at managing budgets and familiar with general commercial contract terms and conditions
- Be willing to travel internationally to attend events and client visits
- Be an established builder and leader of networks
- Have experience of working in a management education or higher education environment
- Have outstanding oral and written communication skills with experience of writing and presenting proposals
- Be a sensitive and persuasive negotiator
- Have demonstrable ability to work successfully with professional advisors (e.g. Lawyers) and client professionals such as buyers and HR managers
