Who are we? Be part of a dynamic new region – we have recently brought together our South and East Asia regions to form a single new region Oxfam GB Asia, with its Regional Centre in Bangkok. Oxfam GB is a leading aid, development, and campaigning charity with a worldwide reputation for excellence and over 60 years of experience. Our purpose is to work with others to overcome suffering and find lasting solutions to poverty. We are currently looking for the following two posts to join our team.

The Role At Oxfam GB it is crucial that we maintain our levels of funding to ensure we continue to deliver the innovative programmes that make a real difference in the fight against poverty and inequality in Asia. As the OGB Regional Funding Coordinator your role will be to manage relationships with new and existing donors, and work with the Country and Regional programme teams of OGB to build a strong portfolio of programmes and relationships with a diverse range of donors. You will provide support to programme teams and will represent Oxfam across a wide range of networks.

The Requirements We need an experienced institutional fundraiser, with an awareness and exposure of key development issues in Asia, who can manage relationships internally with country teams and externally with donors and is able to deliver results. For this, you will need well-developed financial and reporting skills, plus the ability to produce clear and well thought proposals, that demonstrate understanding, experience and commitment to putting women's rights at the heart of our work. And at all times you’ll show sound judgement, flexibility and initiative as well as strong numerical and analytical abilities, and time management skills.
