Country Managing Directors / CEOs

As part of plans to further expand its footprints and enhance business growth in Africa, a leading Pan-African financial Institution is now recruiting for Country Managing Directors/CEOs.

THE ROLE:

Reporting to the Board of Directors, the incumbent will have as prime objective to provide leadership and strategic management, covering marketing and operations of the Bank in the Country towards the realization of the bank's mission and vision.

Main Responsibilities and duties will include the following:

•	Developing business strategy and the iplementation of approved financial budget for the country
•	Revenue, profitability and growth of the business in the country
•	Leading the development and implementation of the operations strategy for the country
•	Championing the marketing and business development function in the bank towards achieving a significant impact on bottomline
•	Mobilising all staff in the country to achieve increased value creation, volume of business and enhanced profitability
•	Ensuring brand growth and visibility
•	Ensuring good corporate governance and strict compliance with regulations

THE PERSON:

With a minimum education level of first degree, higher degree/MBA/ professional certifications, you will have a minimum of fifteen years relevant experience with at least ten years in management positions.
