QUALITY ASSURANCE COORDINATOR

Responsibilities: A primary responsibility will be coordinating, implementing and evaluating all performance improvement activities at the college. Working closely with the college’s management team, the Quality Assurance Coordinator will maintain and analyze data to support the continual improvement of programs, services, scorecards, performance evaluation processes, and the overall strategic plan for the College. He/she will collaborate to develop material for program and institutional accreditation and benchmarking.

Qualification: Bachelors degree in a related field, Masters degree is preferred. The qualified applicants must have; (1) significant relevant experience working with academic accreditation processes, preferably USA accreditation processes;(2) considerable years teaching experience; (3) diplomatic approach to problem-solving and that ability to maintain strict confidentiality; (4) experience with international accreditation processes for academic programs and institutions.
