Job description
· Prepare quotation for Equipment Rental and Sales. Received and check Customer PO against Quotation.· Prepare report on Quotation entered and status.· Liaise with Customer on Equipment Rental date of mobilization and point of delivery.· Liaise with Thailand office on Customer PO matters such as payment, delivery, special instruction.· Liaise with Thailand office to prepare PO for internal Purchase matters.· Check stock availability in SAP system.· Liaise with Factory for urgent stock request and technical assistance.· Liaise with Customer on goods/equipment delivery confirmation.· Performed telemarketing duties with existing and new customers.· Prepare administrative duty such as prepare Delivery-order, Returned-order, liaise with HQ on invoicing and payment, Prepare Purchase-order, Prepare Equipment Claims against customer for loss of rental equipment and Filing.· Pick and pack Equipment for Rental.· Received and check Rental Equipment upon returned.· Stock checking on Rental Equipment.· Follow-up with customer on outstanding quotation.· Ensure sales processes comply with ISO9001.Assist the Technical Sales Manager on other matters if called upon.
Mission
To provide administrative support to the sales team by efficient and accurate administration activities.
Experience requirements
At least one year experience working in the engineering service industry. Fresh Graduate from Polytechic or ITE can be considered.
Knowledge
Well verse in Microsoft Office software application.Competence in English skill in speaking and written.
Educational requirements
Diploma, Higher NITEC or NITEC in Engineering.
Personality requirements
Customer Focus, Teamwork and detail focused.
