Job Description

Our Investment Banking group provides a vast array of advisory and capital-raising solutions to corporations, institutions and governments around the globe. 
Our global teams are experienced professionals who have geographic, product and industry specialisation. 

This is an opportunity to work with Nomura’s team in Milan. Candidates applying to this vacancy must be fluent in or a native speaker of Italian. 

What role you might play: 
Deal execution: Working closely with clients and execution teams (lawyers, accountants, consultants and bankers) on mandated transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, capital raisings and restructurings. 
Client relationship management: Generating and presenting ideas at client meetings alongside senior bankers. 
Strategic analysis: Supporting transactions and client presentations with financial, structural and business risk analysis.

We endeavour to provide interns with the same level of exposure as a first-year analyst or associate, participating as a full member of the team. During the course of the programme, you will benefit from working closely with a buddy and having regular interactions with senior mentors.
