About Your Job:
In this role you will be responsible for the verification, accounting and reconciliation of sales/ collection /refunds etc from all accredited agents selling on different platforms, using different method of payments that includes cash/card/invoice and other local payment systems like. It includes daily customer updates in Accounts receivables module in oracle finance , reconcile, sett off, credit monitor, Credit card chargeback monitoring, etc in line with QR policies and IAPs . You will be responsible for accounting of journal vouchers, receipts, sales etc as per Internal Accounting Policies.
Other parts of your operations will be:
Booking receivables and payables
Preparing bank transfers and booking bank statements
Preparing bank, suppliers and customers reconciliation
AP/AR accounts analysis
Fixed assets depreciation
About You:
To be successful in this role you will need a Bachelor's Degree from a reputed university. You will have a minimum of 3 years accounting experience in a similar capacity with a good working knowledge of accounting and US tax regulation.
You will be experienced in any major ERP (ideally with Oracle) with proven working experience with spreadsheets. You will be able to work independently with minimum supervision. Good level of written and spoken English is required. You must be currently legally eligible to live and work in the USA.
