Field Service Engineer, Tools and Assembly Sistems, Eastern Seaboard
Job description
- Repair tightening tools at customer site and workshop- Support training customers- Installation tools at customer site or any project.- Support information and service to sales and marketing- Support information and service to distributors- Manage service contracts- Manage turnaround time- Report service activities to BLM service manager.
Mission
- Provide a high level of customer service, responding to customer needs and working to satisfy customer expectations. - Develop rapport with customers through effective communication, interpersonal skills, and professionalism.- Repair Mechanic with strong mechanical attitude - Support technical Support Supervisor in providing monthly report on technical support problems- Assist all activities for support aftermarket business.
Experience requirements
- 1 to 2 years of technical field service experience maintaining and repairing industrial air equipment (Atlas Copco and other) or equivalent- Have a clear driving license and able to travel up-country.- High level of customer service through excellent interpersonal skills and professionalism.- Provide report on technical support function to Technical support Supervisor i.e : technical failure report.
Knowledge
- Strong mechanical and electrical skills.- Computer literate - Good command of spoken and written English.
Educational requirements
- Diploma or higher degree in Electrical/Mechanical or Mechatronic Engineering or related equivalent.
Personality requirements
- Service mind characteristic- Must be self-directed and have excellent organizational, interpersonal, verbal and written communication, and problem-solving skills.
