The Customer Operations department is responsible for implementing and supporting our clients products.

For this department we are looking for a Translator with affinity for ICT.

What will you be doing?

During a two months training program you will be prepped to go to work.
Together with your Dutch and Belgian colleagues you will be advising our clients concerning the application of our software. Furthermore you will be working on the optimization of our service towards our French speaking clients in terms of translations for our Online Help, training, customer portal and website. You will be working with the support of advanced equipment and modern software. You will report on your activities to the Manager Customer Operations.

What do we expect from you?


For this position a Degree on Languages and/or Business Economics is a must and preferably you are French native speaking with a good knowledge of Dutch. You are familiar with the basis functionality of Microsoft Windows 7 and Microsoft Office and you have a customer friendly and service oriented attitude. You have good communication skills and are stress resistant. You are also willing to follow courses in order to work on your development. This position is suitable for candidates with or without any work experience: you find your place at AFAS.
