About Your Job::
The OTA Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day management of Qatar Airways partnerships with Online Travel Agents. You will manage both the sales and marketing relationships with the OTAs with a focus on growing USA sales. You will work closely with each partner to monitor results and identify opportunities where Qatar Airways can grow and execute initiatives. You will also work closely with Qatar Airways headquarters as it pertains to global strategy and activities pertaining to OTA business.
The OTA Manager will be accountable for achieving the annual USA OTA revenue budget. You will be required to pull and review monthly revenue reports, including O&D reports, advanced booking reports, and MIDT reports. You will analyze data and identify opportunities for QR to gain more market share and grow revenue. You will coordinate monthly calls with the local OTA Sales Air Account Managers to develop a sales strategy to grow USA sales. You will also be responsible for monitoring QR’s competitive placement on the OTA sites and ensure QR fares are pricing and populating. You will develop and implement the OTA marketing plan for the year. You will prepare creative assets for the OTA websites, including banner ads, email newsletters, and managing and optimizing the dedicated QR landing pages to ensure all content on the OTAs is up-to-date. You will also track the ROI of the marketing campaigns, and optimize and refresh the IOs as needed.
About You::
To be successful in this role you must hold a Bachelor's Degree with at least 5 years experience within the travel/airline industry in a field OTA management role. You should have good knowledge of the travel industry within the USA and airline market.
You will have a proven ability to work within a multinational and multi-cultural environment with good leadership skills as well as an excellent level in Microsoft Office application.
Fluency in English is essential.
