Tasks and Responsibilities:
As (Senior) Portfolio Management Officer you will review and express opinions on investment proposals and represent Triple Jump in workout negotiations with MFIs and investors. Furthermore, you will contribute to establishing allocation targets for the Funds under Triple Jump management, conduct market and country analysis, monitor portfolio exposures and develop appropriate recommendations to Triple Jump management. You will report to the Head of Portfolio Management. The position requires limited travel to countries where Triple Jump is active. The position is initially for 1 year and based in Amsterdam. If successful, the candidate will be offered a permanent position. Candidates must possess a valid working permit for the European Union.

Qualifications:
- > 5 years of relevant work experience in the financial sector;
- Analytically oriented;
- Capable of independent decision-making;
- Good negotiation skills. Problem loans/workouts experience a plus;
- Extensive financial analysis experience, ideally with financial institutions;
- Fluent in English, knowledge of Spanish preferred;
- Experience with analysing private equity fund structures is a plus.
