At our Academic Curriculum & Testing Unit, we’ve embarked on a new journey to transform our traditional training centres into learning environments where people drive their own development. We’ve introduced a series of blended-learning approaches and delivery modalities - now we need you to help us bring our exciting plans to fruition.

You’ll lead medium-sized curriculum and test development projects. Your prime responsibilities will be to set the objectives for programs, design their structure, establish evaluation criteria and monitor program effectiveness. Along with carrying out a range of research and analysis activities, including QA assessments, the role will involve giving presentations for corporate level briefings.

With a B.A. (or preferably an M.A.) in TESL, Education or Applied Linguistics, you’ll be fully conversant with curriculum/test development, job analyses, needs assessments, surveys and studies. You must have experience of writing and editing training materials including text books, tests and reports. Knowledge of Instructional Systems Design, e-Learning, blended learning or simulation would be particularly useful.
