Project Cycle Management Expert

AGEG International Consultants eG is looking for a Project Cycle Management Expert to work on a Methodological Support and Training Project.

The ToR requirements are:

Experience

- At least 3 years of experience in development cooperation.

- Previous experience with Project Cycle Management.

- Experience in adult training and/or capacity building.

- Excellent communication skills.

- Experience with the European Commision and/or institutions is an asset.

Qualifications

- At least MA Degree in economics, law, international relations, development or equivalent.

- Fluent either in English or French with a good working knowledge of the other.

The assignment should start September 2011 until September 2012, with a possible extension up to 3 years. It is expected that the expert should prepare/ hold approximately 20 training modules per year.
