Position Summary:
MSI is seeking a Finance, Grants & Administrative Manager for our current Promoting Stabilization and Community Reintegration Project (PSCRP) in the Democratic Republic of Congo will oversee all financial aspects of project implementation, including grants management, procurement, logistical expenditures, and general operations – as well as the associated staff.

**This position is located in Goma, Democratic Republic of Congo, and is expected to be a 6 – 8 month appointment.

Responsibilities:
· Responsible for substantial, in-depth, hands-on accounting and budgeting work in the area of both program management and grants implementation and management for the project;
· Oversee all project grants management including initial appraisal to final close-out; including audit functions;
· Manage the human resources and compliance functions of the office including ensuring compliance with applicable Congolese laws (e.g., labor law, non-profit law, tax law and customs procedures); and
· Provide in-depth training for Congolese staff.

Qualifications:
· Demonstrated experience with USAID donor financial and grants management rules and regulations;
· Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or a related field; Master’s preferred;
· 6+ years experience and demonstrated knowledge and skills in financial and grants management;
· Ability and willingness to work in the Democratic Republic of Congo
· Fluency in English and French required.
