At our Academic Curriculum & Testing Unit, we’ve embarked on a new journey to transform our traditional training centres into learning environments where people drive their own development. We’ve introduced a series of blended-learning approaches and delivery modalities - now we need you to help us bring our exciting plans to fruition.

In this key role, you’ll develop and evaluate industrial skills training programs for our operators and craftsmen. Guided by the Unit Supervisor and Group Leader, you’ll analyze and review job performance requirements, pinpoint training requirements and collaborate with designers and editors to produce instructional materials for our industrial training centres.

We’re looking for degree in Education, or Mechanical, Chemical or Electrical Engineering and, preferably a Masters. Your background must include at least 3 years’ professional experience in training program development and evaluation with particular emphasis on blended learning media.
