At our Academic Curriculum & Testing Unit, we’ve embarked on a new journey to transform our traditional training centres into learning environments where people drive their own development. We’ve introduced a series of blended-learning approaches and delivery modalities - now we need you to help us bring our exciting plans to fruition.

In this key role, you’ll plan and conduct QA reviews of our training centres and their resources, as well as the training program itself to ensure employee needs are fully met. This will entail carrying out online surveys and holding focus groups, reviewing the findings and preparing informative studies, reports and proposals. Providing ad hoc advice and consultation will also be part of your role.

We’re looking for an MBA (or ideally a Ph.D.) in ESL, EFL or Applied Linguistics, preferably supported by an MBA or similar in quality management, assurance, control or auditing. Your training background must have included experience in developing or evaluating training programs that incorporate e-Learning, blended learning or simulation. First-class presentation skills are essential.
