Risk And Compliance Officer (One Position)
Job Summary:
Reporting to Internal Audit Manager, the Risk 'and Compliance Officer is responsible to take all
decisions to minimize the probability of inappropriate losses due to various risks the bank is exposed,
Minimum Qualifications and Experience Required:
Higher education (e.g. Bachelor Degree), preferably in risk management, economics and/or finance; Ability and willingness to work in a team; Computer literacy; Honesty and Integrity with at least three years' experience in the field. Experience in Banking/ Financial institution will be an added advantage.

Key Accountabilities
Responsible for potential risk complying with the risk manual and any other available working manuals.
Facilitate comprehensive view of the bank's risks aligned with the bank strategy and opportunity.
Recommend the Bank's Target Market and Risk Acceptance Criteria.
Supervising and enforcing risk management policies and limits to close significant gaps, developing systems to identify, monitor, manage and control credit, market and operational risk.
To make a detailed analysis of the bank's competitiveness in the market and ensure that the same is reviewed from time to time depending on the, changing business environment.
Define and, develop the analytical tools needed to measure risk including performance measurement, methodology, and key performance indicators.
Ensuring compliance with statutory requirements. '
Responsible for potential risks complying with the risk manual and any other available working manuals.
Keep abreast with new legislations that may affect the Bank and provide advice accordingly.
Review relevant reports and advise management in case of non-compliance.
Conduct snap checks to establish the level of compliance
Attending to any other duties as may be' assigned to him /her from time to time
