World Economic Forum Global Leadership Fellows 2013

What kind of leaders can move the world forward in times of turbulence, interdependence and complex challenges? The Global Leadership Fellows Programme is the World Economic Forum’s answer to this question. It is an exceptional journey of three years for professionals with outstanding potential, with the vision to develop the next generation of world leaders.

The uniqueness of the Programme lies in its multilayered approach to leadership. Firstly, Fellows become global thought leaders. They develop systemic thinking ability and are exposed to key global issues, throughout their daily work at the Forum and during academic weeks at leading universities (Wharton, Columbia University, LBS, INSEAD and CEIBS). Secondly, there is a strong focus on team and organizational leadership, fostered by high-quality training and non-traditional exercises on influencing people, managing conflicts or building communities. Thirdly, the Programme brings about powerful transformations within the individuals and empowers authentic leadership through coaching, mentoring and self-discovery.
