About the Job:
PlaNet Finance is seeking a Date Fruit Cluster Manager and Animator in the area of Value Chain Management in the Palestinian territories to lead and animate a Date Fruit Cluster Project in Jericho. The duration of this project is 24 months.

Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead the cluster on a day to day basis;
- Provide professional management expertise to the cluster;
- Organize actions in the interest of cluster group;
- Develop partnership with key stakeholders : wholesalers and key actors;
- Enhance the cluster credibility and visibility;
- Put in place a system that ensure the delivery of high quality services;
- Develop strategic planning for the cluster;
- Manage the cluster budget;
- Coordinate the intervention of PlaNet Finance experts in the cluster activities.
Qualifications:
- BA in Economics, Business, Finance or related fields;
- Minimum 5 years experience in value chain/cluster management projects;
- Fluency in Arabic and in English;
- strong analytical skills;
- Ability to develop strategic planning;
- Should have wide and effective communication with traders;
- Ability to work in a team.
