Haiti WASH COORDINATOR
CARE is seeking an experience WASH Coordinator to be responsible for assessment, design and implementation of the water, sanitation and hygiene component of CARE’s response. S/he will need to co-ordinate with other Program team members and CARE staff, especially logistics, health and technical sectors, to ensure an effective response. S/he will need to ensure response to WASH issues with simultaneous consideration of longer term needs and possible scenarios. Depending on the situation the WASH Coordinator may need to take a very active role in technical co-ordination, support and advocacy with national and local WASH clusters and other technical agencies relevant to the sector.

Required:
Undergraduate Degree in civil engineering, management, administration, social sciences or related subject
5+ years of international humanitarian project management related experience in one or more of the following fields; WASH, Food Security, Livelihood/Economic Development, Agriculture
Project Management, including strong budget management and strong report writing skills. Functional French and English language skills are essential. Significant supervisory experience. Good administration, finance, human resources, logistics experience.
Desired:
Post-Graduate Degree in social sciences, management or similar subject
