Provincial Roads Management Facility - Expressions of Interest

The Provincial Roads Management Facility (PRMF) is governance and institutional reform program between the Governments of Australia and the Philippines aimed “to increase economic growth and improve access to public infrastructure and services in the Southern Philippines”. The components include:

(1) Capacity Building for Road Sector Planning and Management aimed at providing institutional, financial, operational, planning and management capacity for Provincial Governments to develop and implement road sector plans in support of broad-based sustainable social and economic development, and
(2) Road Network Rehabilitation and Maintenance with the targeted outcome of provincial roads being rehabilitated and sustainably maintained on an annual basis.

Coffey International Development, facility managing contractor, seeks Expression of Interest (EOI) for short-term (up to 180 days) and long term opportunities from qualified and experienced professionals, individuals and firms, to support the provision of technical assistance and implementation of development initiatives towards sustainable road maintenance, transparent and accountable budget and expenditure management, fully functioning Internal Control System including Independent Internal Audit, transparent procurement process, and human resource development and management.
