This position is both technical and strategic in focus. The Marketing Systems Program Manager will be actively defining and developing new marketing processes, building defined marketing campaigns in Eloqua and driving campaign analyses using the Eloqua platform. This is a great opportunity for a self motivated individual who thrives in a dynamic environment while defining and owning new processes and indentifying opportunities for process improvements. This role will be critical for timely execution of campaigns and measuring their effectiveness by tracking, reporting on and providing analysis on campaign metrics. In addition, this role will map out repeatable processes, manage components of the ESET prospect and customer database and overall Eloqua program operations. A key to success in this role will be the ability to manage projects in a cross functional environment that will span a talented team of individuals from marketing, sales, web development and business systems. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Operations and Process • Drive marketing infrastructure for the Eloqua Marketing Automation platform (including scoring, multi-touch nurture, profiling and targeted content) • Manage, develop and implement process improvements, identify and eliminate bottlenecks in pre and post processes that inhibit lead processing time • Ensure alignment and consistency between the CRM system (NetSuite) and marketing platform (Eloqua) through data governance processes and adherence of guidelines between internal business units • Manage integration processes with BrightTALK and WebEx as they relate to Eloqua • Work closely with the Business Systems group to implement a strategy for ongoing data cleansing and data augmentation to keep the data updated and clean • Monitor and analyze integration logs addressing any issues or error logs • Manage vendor relations and special projects as needed Campaign Management and Execution • Advise marketing campaign requestors of best practices with regard to marketing automation capabilities, testing and projected results • Create, manage and execute Marketing campaigns utilizing the Eloqua platform • Coordinate elements from multiple teams to execute on deliverables for marketing campaigns and projects • Create data segmentation filters, groups, and distribution lists for campaigns, lead scoring and nurturing programs for prospect segmentations that will minimize lead fatigue and opt-outs Reporting and Analysis • Drive data management for periodic marketing reviews • Assist with reports and data related to opportunity conversions, marketing funnel stages, campaign effectives, database health, list and campaign performance Required Skills & Qualifications • BA or BS degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science or related field preferred • Strong strategic thinking, creative problem solving and analytical skills • Strong understanding of marketing processes including campaign execution, A/B testing and measurement • 2+ years of marketing automation experience within the Eloqua platform • 3-5 years directly administering a marketing automation system or CRM database • Proficient computer skills (MS Word, Access, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) • HTML design and JavaScript/JAVA programming • Systems analyst and/or developer skills a plus • Excellent verbal communication and written skills and strong project management abilities • Proficiency with designing solutions based on internal client needs • Ability to manage multiple projects and work on tight deadlines while being flexible in a highly dynamic business • Ability to successfully work both within a team environment and independently is essential, along with self-motivation and a proven, proactive approach to achieving individual and team objectives • Demonstrated ability to drive cross functional teams to meet business objectives and influence co-workers, fostering strong working relationships |
