Business Development Specialist Location: Haiti

Duration: Long-term

Duties:

• Identify business development services needs for each Value Chain, which may include finance, quality assurance, standards, market research, access to inputs and technology, management, and related services;
• Craft alliances between private sector and business development services firms to develop and provide needed services;
• Collaborate with business development services firms to design and implement business development services programs for value chain firms.

Minimum qualifications:

• Masters degree in business, or other relevant field;
• 5 years experience with business development services in value chains;
• Demonstrated experience developing alliances with private sector;
• USAID experience preferred;
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment;
• Fluent in Creole, French and Proficiency in English.
