We are looking for a Finance Manager, who will be responsible for the day-to-day management of all financial operations, preparation of financial statements, fiscal reports and the annual audit. This role is directly involved with strategic planning, business development, preparation of budgets and overall fund management

This role directs both finance and accounting functions and also requires hands-on work and the ability to develop and manage complex financial and operational systems in a fast paced, dynamic, entrepreneurial setting, and to work closely and collaboratively with investors, board and staff.

Responsibilities:

- Bookkeeping
- Budgets and forecasting
- reporting to management
- Reporting to investors
- Fund management
- Assessing investment opportunities
- Analyzing business plans
- Transaction execution
- Co-managing investments with fellow team members
- Being part of the 'pitch' team for fundraising

The ideal candidate will possess the following skills:

Ideally, you have 7+ years of work experience

The position is based in Utrecht, The Netherlands. English required, other languages helpful. Full-time. Starts immediately.
