ORAT Quality Assurance Manager | Doha International Airport

The Operational Readiness/ Airport transfer (ORAT) Team faces the exciting challenge of ensuring a seamless transfer of operations from the existing Doha International Airport (DIA) to the New Doha international Airport (NDIA).  As you can imagine, this will require a considerable team effort in many areas, such as the development and implementation of quality procedures and processes (SOPs) offering as much value-add to end-users and process owners as possible.  This is what will be needed from you in this role from day one!

Your scope will include quality assurance aimed at standardising the interfaces between different stakeholders and service providers providing a standard and improved quality product for the Business with particular adherence to ISO standards as agreed with the Business, therefore training, coaching and mentoring will all be vital and integral tasks of your role.

To be considered for this demanding role you must hold a Master's degree in a relevent discipline, a Quality Assurance qualification and have working knowledge of Lean and/or Six Sigma, Total Quality/ Zero Defect or similar methodologies.

Strong project management skills along with some exposure to Operational Readiness and Airport Transfer are essential.  You will need to have a minimum of 7 years experience in the QA field as well as strong English communication skills and a keen eye for detail.
