QUALIFICATION
Basic qualifications required
 University degree in the field of Architecture, Urban Planning, Sociology, Engineering or related subject.
 10 years of experience in the urban planning field.
 proven track record in one or more of the following fields in the framework of the development of an Urban Plan:
- Land use planning.
- Local economic development.
- Transport planning.
- Social development.
- Infrastructure, urban services and waster management.
- Environmental development.
- Housing.
- Land tenure and management.
 Fluency in English is compulsory.
 Previous experience in the Middle east region and fluency in Arabic an asset.
