GENERAL OBJECTIVE / OBJECTIVE GENERAL:
Bosnia and Herzegovina is taking part in selected EU policies, in accordance with Lisbon strategy, the Stabilisation and Association Agreement, and to the Europe 2020 Strategy.
PARTICULAR PURPOSE, APPLICATION SERVICES AND EXPECTED RESULTS / OBJECTIVES PARTICULIERS, SERVICES DEMANDES ET RÉSULTATS A ATTEINDRE:
To provide effective support to institutions and potential applicants from Bosnia and Herzegovina to enable their participation in Specific European Union Programmes: MEDIA and Creative Europe, Lifelong Learning, Youth in Action and Progress, and Strenghten their capacities in this respect
QUALIFICATION
Profile of MEDIA/Creative Europe Programme Expert : Junior 40 working days
Qualifications and skills
At lest Master Degree Academic level or 4 years of professional experience above the general porofessional experience required below
• Fluency in both written and spoken English
• Knowledge of languages in official use in BiH would be an advantage.
General professional experience
• At least 3 years of professional working experience in audio-visual and/or culture sector and/or in the field of management or implementation of EU assistance.
Specific Professional experience
• Minimum two years of experience in working with the MEDIA programme
• Experience in holding trainings and coaching
• Knowledge of BiH administrative set up and experience of working in BiH would be an advantage
Profile of Lifelong Learning Programme Expert : Senior 40 working days

• Experience in working with Lifelong Learning programme and its centralised actions
• Experience in holding trainings and coaching government institutions
• Experience in working as part of participating country administration for the programme would be an advantage
• Knowledge of BiH administrative set up and experience of working in BiH would be an advantage
Profile in Eurydice and European Education Networks Expert: Senior 25 WDs
Qualifications and skills
At lest Master Degree Academic level or 4 years of professional experience above the general porofessional experience required below
• Fluency in both written and spoken English
• Knowledge of languages in official use in BiH would be an advantage.

• At least 10 years of professional experience in education sector
Specific professional experience
• Experience in working with Eurydice education network
• Experience in holding trainings and coaching government institutions
• Experience in setting up national Eurydice network participation would be considered an advantage
• Experience in working as part of participating country administration for the programme would be an advantage
• Knowledge of BiH administrative set up and experience of working in BiH would be an advantage
Profile in Youth in Action Programme Expert: Junior 35 WDs
Qualifications and skills
At lest Master Degree Academic level or 4 years of professional experience above the general porofessional experience required below
• Fluency in both written and spoken English
• Knowledge of languages in official use in BiH would be an advantage.
General professional experience
• At least 3 years of professional working experience in youth sector and/or EU projects, development/implementation/assessmanet.
Specific Professional experience
• Experience in working with Youth in Action programme
• Experience in holding trainings and coaching
• Knowledge of BiH administrative set up and experience of working in BiH would be an advantage
Profile in PROGRESS Programme Expert: Senior 10 WDs
Qualifications and skills

• Knowledge of BiH administrative set up and experience of working in BiH would be an advantage
