Lead Business Analyst - Global Alliance | Qatar Airways

The Lead Business Analyst is a role within Global Alliance and is responsible for ensuring that Qatar Airways meets or exceeds all Global Alliance requirements whilst optimizing all revenue opportunities within Qatar Airways.

You will be the customer and revenue lead interfacing with the different department across Qatar Airways and coordinate the requirements needed to complete tasks and preparation necessary for Qatar Airways' timely entry and on-going membership to Global Alliance. You will anticipate and identify risks in meeting the requirements on time and take actions as required.

You will have a Bachelors degree or equivalent with minimum of 5 years job related experience. Previous experience of managing projects as well as having worked in an airline in the joining and post-joining phases of an alliance is preferred.

We require you to have a good knowledge and understanding of the airline processes. We need you to have strong planning and project management skills with the ability to anticipate potential issues and identify steps to resolve these. You must be able to work in a collaborative environment and able to communicate effectively within the team as well as external customers.
