Crown Agents USA (CA-USA), the U.S. incorporated subsidiary of Crown Agents, provides direct technical assistance, capacity development, and procurement services to stimulate economic growth, establish good governance, and improve health outcomes across the developing world. Role & Responsibilities
- Provide overall project leadership, management and general technical direction.
- Ensure an integrated team based approach with a key focus on results achievement.
- Identify issues and risks related to project implementation and adjust project actions accordingly.
- Foster and maintain collaborative relationships with Department of State (DoS), government officials, partner organizations and other stakeholders.
- Communicate multiple partner stakeholders' interests; liaise between parties to bring together common goals.
- On an as needed basis, provide written support and technical inputs for proposals.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Statistics, Economics, or a related field required; Degree concentration in Monitoring and Evaluation preferred.
- Minimum fifteen years of related work experience required.
- Combination of PhD and ten or more years of related experience considered in lieu of above requirements.
- Minimum 10 years or more progressive experience designing, implementing, managing, and analyzing the results of performance and impact evaluation projects.
- Minimum of five years of experience in a leadership role on DoS, USAID, or other donor-funded monitoring and evaluation projects required.
- Minimum seven years living or working in developing countries preferred.
- Minimum five years of experience implementing qualitative and quantitative data collection and analysis for evaluations and assessments, including experience with sampling methods, database management and statistical analysis.
- Demonstrated leadership experience on projects addressing gender constraints desired, but not required.
- Prior experience working with donor-implemented, integrated diplomacy programs preferred.
- Proven experience writing technical proposals strongly preferred.
- Advanced written and verbal presentation skills required.
- English fluency is required.
