Job Description / Responsibility

• The developer is responsible for working in a team environment as part of the development of PC-based AMS Suite application. 
• The engineer will be expected to develop specifications, design and implement functionality following established processes. 
• Apply technical expertise, commensurate with a recognized expert in the applicable field, in the development of major complex products and/or systems.
• Invents new techniques or advances the state-of-the-art in complex developments with substantial technical risks Extends technical knowledge to introduce new approaches into software design and coding techniques Is aware of probable future product requirements and trends regarding new technologies.
• Prepare plans, for complex programs or projects Initiates or recommends broad new development projects Establishes technical program goals and defines plans and cost/schedule requirements Implement technical policies and procedures Assures accuracy and timeless of complete software documentation package.

Educational Requirements:

• B.Sc in Computer Science and Engineering.

Job Requirements:

• Experience with software programming, experience using Visual C++ (minimum 2 years), OOA  OOD Extensive development experience in Visual C++ and UI-based development using MFC Experience in using Microsoft development tools  Visual Studio, Visual SourceSafe, etc Experience in Windows application development Preferably has experience with large-scale systems development Ability to deal with ambiguity Ability to prioritize work load/task Understands that requirements can change and is able to adopt to and/or shift priorities as needed Keep skills current with new technologies Ability to work in a structured development process Hard working, quality conscious, self motivating Excellent English communication skills in both oral and written and a strong desire to work in a cross-cultural team.

Experience Requirements: 1 to 3 years.
