Flying ERP Supply Deployer & Trainer
Médecins Sans Frontières – Switzerland is in its new software (integrated software finance and supply) deployment phase. The target is to implement the software in all Médecins Sans Frontières – Switzerland missions by end 2016 or latest mid-2017. This position is based in the Field, travelling from mission to mission.
Your Mission
In charge of the software implementation at MSF Switzerland missions, for the supply module application.
• Writing and updating the training materials, and design the training schedule (face to face and eLearning).
• Organize training for the identified supply key users in MSF Switzerland missions.
• Parameterizing the tool and act as helpdesk support during the deployment phase.
• Provide regular formal written reports, with extensive critical feedback & recommendations to the supply deployment referent.
• Ensure a good coordination with supply interlocutors within the mission, and linked between the finance & supply activities.
• Enforce & monitor the implementation in the field of all conditions required to deploy properly the supply module and ensure a smooth transition from MSF supply current legitimate tool to the new software.

Your Profile
• University degree in Supply Chain Management or supply area or equivalent professional qualification/ certification
• Experience with MSF is a serious advantage
• Experience as trainer / teacher, and as training of trainers is an advantage
• Advanced knowledge of at least one supply package (LogistiX an advantage)
• Experience of an ERP is an advantage
• 2+ years field experience as Supply manager or deputy or supply officer with an iNGO
• Experience working with procurement / supply interlocutors a serious advantage
• English and French required
• Good communication skills
• Capacity to work independently, initiative
• Team spirit
• Teaching skills
• Training & Capacity Building skills

Terms of employment
• Field-based position (various missions) with visits to HQ in Geneva.
• Practical working conditions while in the field are as per the MSF OCG volunteer handbook.
• Contract : fix-termed contract of 12 months, with possible extension
• Ideal starting date: March 2016
• Proposal salary : 12x CHF 5'500.-
