Communication Field Officer

Description:
The ICRC is inviting qualified Nationals to apply for the position of Communication Field Officer to be based in Amran.

Responsibilities:
• Contributes to the implementation and running of specific projects / programmes
• Maintains contacts with target groups at various degrees
• Contributes to written reporting
• Contributes to the development and production of communication tools.

Requirements:
• University degree
• 2 years work experience in a similar field an asset
• Fluent in written and spoken Arabic, as well as very good command of English
• Excellent communication / inter-personal skills. Sense of diplomacy required.
• Team leadership skills
• Good analytical and writing skills
• Aware of the political and social environment
• Strong personality in order to cope with a stressful context
• Computer literacy (MS Office)
