Role overview The ideal person for this position will work collaboratively with Vocational Education and Training Authority (VETA) in Mtwara, Lindi, Morogoro, Dar es Salaam and Pwani) teacher within and selected master craftspeople from 9 district and municipal councils in the 5 regions by providing advice, coaching, training to the identified marginalized youth on building works and where possible support workshops in building works related operations. He/she will provide inputs to VETA management and Master Craftspeople on the best way to improve the workshop.
Skills, qualifications and experience required Professional qualifications and experience: Essential University degree in Building and Construction Engineering or Diploma in Building and Construction, or QTS certification with particular experience in building works Experience of three or more years in teaching methodology from vocational training facility or related institution is highly recommended for this position Have at least two years experience in the practical vocational training
