ORDER DESK EXECUTIVE

The incumbent is responsible in the providing effective aftermarket services and support to Sandvik Mining customers and sales team. These services include order desks functions, warehousing and inventory management, inbound and outbound logistics for the parts and tools businesses, warranty claim handling etc.
Other Responsibilities:
  • To assist and support customers and sales team enquiries for Vietnam, Thailand, Laos, Cambodia and Singapore on quotations/stock status for Tools and Parts.
  • Ensuring that all reasonable steps are taken to ensure all employees are provided with a safe and healthy working environment. This includes compliance with the Sandvik Mining & Construction Environment Health and Safety (EHS) management program.
  • Prepare quotations, monthly updated sales forecast report on monthly rolling basis and YTD for SEA and monthly quotation summary report.
  • Analyze and maintaining weekly/monthly sales report against budget – by products, customers and sales personnel.
  • Assisting the manager to monitor all credit facilities and new credit application.
  • To liaise with Service Operations Department on quotation for new/ renewal of service contract.
  • Pricing administration and stock level.
Requirements:-
  • Certificate/Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent technical background.
  • 2 – 3 years working experience in heavy equipment industries or mining / quarry industries.
  • Good interpersonal skills with good command in English and well-versed local dialects.
  • On the job training provided.
  • Computer literate, good in Microsoft Excel Spreadsheet.
  • Willing to travel.
