Intern, Oracle Fixed Asset Register
We are looking for an Intern, Oracle fixed asset register, which will be responsible for assisting the finance team to set up a fixed asset register in Oracle for WWF Programme Offices, in accordance with Swiss accounting and reporting requirements.

Contract Details
Fixed term contract, from mid-July to mid-September 2015
Main responsibilities:
- Receive Excel files of assets to be capitalised from each WWF Programme Office
- Follow up any missing files
- Check the validity of the information supplied
- Request additional information from WWF Programme Offices if required.
- Translate asset costs from local currency to CHF
- Calculate accumulated depreciation in CHF
- Liaise with Fixed Asset Super User to upload the file into Oracle
- Reconcile fixed asset data input to the fixed asset register report in Oracle and verify the cost and accumulated depreciation as at 30 June 2015
- Organise and file supporting documents for each Programme Office
- Any other duties and ad hoc projects upon management request
What you need:
Required Qualifications
- University degree in business, finance, economics, or accounting;
Required Skills and Competencies
- Attention to detail
- Very good computer skills: Excel, e-mail, word processing
- Deadline oriented
- Fluency in English and French
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills are required to work in an organisation with a range of staff from different cultures and functions;
