Job purpose and key deliverables |
To provide talented potential to the future senior management levels of the company. In order to do so, the job holder has to complete a 2-year functional rotational development programme and to achieve development objectives both in terms of functional and individual leadership skills, while preparing for a junior manager position within the assigned function: Marketing, Finance, Human Resources, Corporate Affairs, Production (cigarette manufacturing) or Leaf Operations.
The below accountabilities cover general areas of activities/responsibilities. The objectives and areas of personal accountabilities are covered in the individual rotational development plan.

Desirable requirements | Since the primary objective of the programme is to provide talented potentials to the future senior management levels of the company, merely completing the tasks at the rotational stages is not an adequate criteria for successfully completing the programme. For successful completion, the job holder has to represent a continuous development potential throughout the 2 years, and has to show a middle management potential when completing the programme. |
