Avisa Partners is a public affairs company based in Brussels. We specialize inter alia in competition, financial services and energy. The Brussels office consists of +/- 30 persons, half of them full time. The competition practice itself comprises 7 consultants.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Avisa Partners seeks an experienced senior consultant to join our competition team.

Your tasks and responsibilities will in particular include:

• provide hands-on, expert competition advice to the clients of Avisa Partners
• be a contributor in building and developing the Avisa Partners competition client base

Depending on the candidate’s experience, the job could be upgraded to associate director or director.

Profile:

• English native speaker with good French / German native speaker with impeccable English and good French
• The command of other European languages would be considered a plus
• Minimum of 3 years of experience working in EU Institutions on competition matters, or alternatively hybrid experience EU regulatory + national competition authority
• An experience with a public affairs consultancy and/or a law firm would be considered a plus
• Diligent, proactive and service-minded person
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Result-oriented and organised individual
