Database Project Officer

- 19 hours per week
Provide support to users of two key database systems in the Migration Support Programs.
Reporting to the Quality Coordinator in the Migrant Support Program, your key responsibility will be providing support to users of the People Affected by Migration (PAM) Database and International Tracing, Refugee and Asylum Seeker Services (NID) Database. You will also be responsible for verifying the integrity of the data, data reporting and liaising with end users on their ongoing data and reporting needs.
As the successful candidate you will have the following key skills and experience:
• Ability to analyse data, assess data integrity, make recommendations for process improvements and identify resolutions to improve reporting.
• Understanding of statistics and manipulating numbers for reporting requirements/requests
• Experience with financial processing and advanced MS Office skills including Excel, PowerPoint and Word
• Experience delivering reporting using Pivotal databases
• Demonstrated analytical skills
• Highly developed planning and organisational skills
• Demonstrated ability to multi task within a complex multi-site organisation
Ideally you will also have a good understanding of the various programs within our Migration Support Programs.
